On June 6-8, young people from all over the Mediterranean come together to discuss issues related to the environment, gender equality, solidarity and mobility.

AJCM Festival has been held since 2014. This year it included online conferences and seminars, live concerts, international debates and presentations of teaching aids that contribute to the active participation of Young People in various fields of public life

Youth is Power NGO based in Armenia was a local coordinator and coorganizer of AJCM festival and in the framework of the festival YiP organized 3 events.

1) On 6th of June at 16:00 CET webinar on ecology/environment. 

2) On 6th June from 19:30-20:00 CET was online concert of Ghazar Teknejyan. 

3) On 7th of June was a webinar on gender equality titled “From policy to practice; gender issues in Armenia”.

The conference is divided into 3 main parts:

√ Gender issues and policies in Armenia.
√Sharing experience within Youth is Power NGO on gender equality and women empowerment projects done in cooperation with Council of Europe and BpB, EENCE.
√Introduction of EENCE (Eastern European network for citizenship education).
