ResiliENCE for EENCE
The aim of this Project is to build for andragogues and community leaders resilience (stability, immunity) to external negative factors so that they can maintain a high level of personal energy during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as be active during the recovery and return to normal life.
Within the framework of the Project, it is planned to create a “peer-to-peer” support group to help and support each other in everyday work, exchange of best practices of new forms of solidarity and positive actions during remote work, transfer of activity online, caused by a pandemic.
The project involves a series of webinars, designed until October.
The following Webinar topics are suggested:
– Assertive Communication
– Tools for Maintaining the Personal Resource of Civiс Educators
– New online work practices
– Personal time management in isolation
– The line between ON and OF
– Solidarity practices under constraints, both physical and social.
