International baccalaureate (IB) diploma with a focus on European studies at the New School – time to apply
New School, in Tbilisi, Georgia, with the support of the European Union and the International Baccalaureate, is pleased to announce its Call for Applications for the Eastern Partnership European School Scholarship programme for the academic year 2021/2022.
The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme is a 2-year pre-university course. In their studies, essays and educational activities, students will be offered a European-focused learning programme that promotes European values of multiculturalism and multilingualism.
All eligible students from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine aged 16-17 years old are invited to apply.
Deadline for applications: 26 February 2021 at 12:00 (NOON), Georgia time (UTC+4.00).
Up to forty successful students will be chosen among the best performing in the region to obtain an IB Diploma with a focus on European Studies.

The Scholarship programme is funded by the European Union. The scholarship covers the full two-year cycle of the IB Diploma Programme, plus boarding costs, where relevant. The competition for the scholarship is based on merit and open at no cost to applicants who meet the requirements.
The selection process consists of the following stages:
1. Submission of applications – from 26 January to 26 February 2021, at 12:00 (noon), Georgia time (UTC +4:00).
2. Written tests – during March 2021
3. Interviews – during April 2021
