From stress to a state of equilibrium: we invite you to a neurography workshop
Neurographics is an innovative art-based method that helps individuals access their subconscious, turning stress and inner conflict into a state of balance and well-being. This technique combines art and psychology, allowing participants to express emotions, resolve internal struggles, and achieve mental clarity through drawing.
The online masterclass is organised by members of one of the EENCE working groups within the project “Enhancing Civic Educators Well-Being and Resilience”.
In this workshop, we will focus on using Neurographics to enhance personal resilience, reduce stress, and foster mental clarity.
Whether you’re an educator, mental health professional, or simply interested in personal growth, this session will provide practical insights and hands-on experience to help you apply neurographic techniques in your daily life.
