Basics of meditation and emotional intelligence
In the frame of the “Enhancing Citizenship Educators’ Well-Being and Resilience” project EENCE Working group “Resilience for citizenship educators” is glad to invite you to the special online workshop “Basics of meditation and emotional intelligence”.
During the meeting we will talk about the fact that human life is a process in which a person lives through different states, from joy to irritation, aggression, anger, depression. What a person wants is to be happy, and this is possible with the ability to grow quality emotional intelligence, to manage stress, negative thoughts, states, in this we are well helped by the ability to reflect in the moment and meditative techniques.
At the workshop we will understand:
- what is emotional intelligence,
- how to grow and manage it
- meditation technology
- how to dive into meditation
- what meditations are
- practice of correct immersion
- how to relax the body
- to switch off running thoughts
- relieve mental tension
- get out of stress
- store energy
- save energy
- handle stress calmly
Please make sure you have a comfortable place where you can sit comfortably and where you will not be disturbed.
