Psychological Aikido. Defending personal boundaries in difficult situations
Do you often face violation of your personal boundaries, manipulation and passive aggression? Do not know how best to behave in such situations? We invite you to the webinar, which will help you to develop your own strategy of behaviour on psychological protection in difficult situations.
The webinar is intended for those who in their work processes often face violation of their personal boundaries, manipulation and passive aggression.
In a destructive environment where manipulation and pressure become the norm, it is important not only to be aware of what is happening, but also to be able to actively defend your personal boundaries and act in the here and now.
During the meeting you will learn and try practical tools to protect yourself directly during conflicts, pressure and manipulation, and develop your own scenarios of active self-defense.
Preparation: Before the webinar, remember 2-3 real stories from your practice when you were manipulated by colleagues or showed passive aggression. This will come in handy for your personal practice.
Needed materials: paper A4, pen.
Please make sure you have a comfortable place where you can sit comfortably and where you will not be disturbed.
