Wellbeing Diary: from stress and emotional fatigue to finding work-life balance
We are sharing an important resource for citizenship education professionals: the Wellbeing Diary.
The Diary was developed as part of the project “Strengthening Mental Health and Resilience of Citizenship Education Educators” implemented by the EENCE working group “Resilience for Citizenship Educators”.
We decided to create this manual when we realised that we, professionals working in the field of citizenship education, today especially often work in conditions of change, crisis, emotional tension, uncertainty and need support.
