Setting Personal Boundaries: Self-Love, Resilience, and the Power of Saying “No”
EENCE invites you to a workshop where we’ll explore how to set personal boundaries and prioritise, how to say ‘no’ without guilt, and why this matters for emotional wellbeing.
The session also explores the concept of resilience — the ability to recover after stress or pressure. Together, we’ll unpack the “Good Girl” syndrome, learn how to recognize and avoid manipulation, and reflect on the importance of distinguishing between real friendships and other types of relationships (classmates, neighbors, acquaintances, etc.).
The session will be led by Oksana Urban, EENCE Network member, PhD, and experienced trainer with over 15 years of work in non-formal education and more than 20 years of experience in university teaching.
Target Audience:
Youth workers, educators, activists, and anyone interested in personal development, emotional well-being, and building healthy relationships.
