The program aims to expand youth participation in society by developing the necessary Civic and Professional Competencies, developing and implementing their own initiatives, raising awareness and drawing public attention to the potential of Youth and its needs.

The key events of the program will be: «Greenhouse Youth Initiatives», linguistic intercultural meetings «Tandem Evenings in Hrodna», entrepreneurship development course YOUthCAN, Inclusive School “Anti-barrier”, Summer School of Journalism, Festival YOUthCan, youth initiative competition.

The program is implemented by the Center for Continuing Adult Education “Studio of useful competencies”, NGO “Center “Third Sector” (both organizations are part of EENCE), web portal Hrodna.Life, volunteer group “Step towards”, in partnership with the International Non-Profit Organization “Pact”, with support from the US Agency for International Development (USAID).
