The working group “Women in local communities” has successfully finished the realization of training sessions in the framework of the project “Gende, Media & Society”.

In total the project has 14 training sessions on various topics within the main theme Gender and Media.

Last two training sessions were about effective communication and methodology of conducting educational activities for adults. 

EENCE experts increased their practical knowledge and skills in psychology of communication, barriers, rules as well as key problems of communication.

Additional literature, useful links were also provided.  

Training was based on the needs and suggestions of the experts of the project “Gender, Media & Society”.

During the last training experts discussed group dynamics, cooperation within the group and project team.

Moreover, how to set and follow the rules during educational processes, main principles of education, stages of group development etc.

There was an active discussion during which experts shared their own experiences of what challenges they face and how they overcome it. 

The project is organized by “Youth is Power” NGO which is a part of EENCE and funded by the Federal Agency for Civic Education using funds appropriated by the Federal Foreign Office.
