EENCE shared their experience at “Civil Dialogue on Partnerships” pre-conference
The warm-up event for the networking conference “Dialogue for the Future 2021” was streamed on May 31st with the participation of EENCE as a partner and main panel speaker.
Speakers and participants from all over the world explored the best practices of how to build partnerships, how to get funding for partnership-based projects, how to grow from a small group to a big Network and establish collective ground for the development of their initiatives.
Alongside with speakers from Germany, Russia and Ukraine, Tatevik Hakobyan (EENCE Coordination Council member, Armenia) shared EENCE experience on how the Network was founded and then grew to a wide and diverse group of professionals from Eastern Partnership Countries and not only. During the breakout, Tatevik also advised on the model of how to build a sustainable partnership and figure out each others’ strengths and weaknesses in order to grow trust and longlasting relationships between multinational groups.
Moderators from WeChange Nata Yeromenko and Dr. Marcus Andreas supervised the discussion and breakouts with the participants.
