Dear EENCE Network members, dear partners, Happy New Year and thank you all for what we have done together in 2023!

It has been a very difficult year. Many of us had to work in war conditions, in foreign lands, in daily anxiety about our loved ones and colleagues.

We organised events to the sound of air raid alarms, we argued heatedly on various topics, but we continued to do our part – to talk about the importance of citizenship education and democracy, to expose fakes, to involve people in important public issues, to develop contacts between people and nations in our region.

But most importantly, we have kept EENCE as a platform that brings us all together, where we can if an open dialogue about the promotion and protection of democracy in our region.
