Maps are knowledge repositories, guidance and communication tools. The digital transformation expands these possibilities multifold. This creates new opportunities for knowledge transfer and education.

EVZ would like to support participatory and interactive historical mapping projects for civic education that address National Socialist injustice and in which historians, citizen scientists, students, journalists and archival specialist work together.
