Developing democracy in school through collaboration between school administration and students
Expected results of the Program
We want to achieve this by training and mentoring the school administration, facilitating dialogue and discussion with the youth and making them carriers of new policies, to be adopted and approved by the school director. Through this project we aim to create a safe place (discussion opportunities), where they will be free to express their opinions. The discussions facilitated by the project expert, planned after watching the interactive film, aim to create that safe place.
Expected results of the Program
The main goal of this project is to combat bullying and create a culture of participation and inclusiveness in schools by empowering the youth as agents of change and promoting collaboration between the youth and the school administration.
