In a situation of war, repressive measures by the authorities against civil society, a decrease in financial assistance to NGOs in Russia, and the continuing growth of migration flows from Russia, a difficult challenge arises: how to maintain existing projects in the organization without reducing their effectiveness. Systematization of the accumulated experience, ongoing consultations with psychologists and activities to strengthen the social competencies of our target audience will help not only preserve the project as an opportunity to receive help and support for returning families, but will also help our participants become more confident and ready to accept personal changes to design a successful and positive future at home.
Short-term goal: to facilitate the process of successful integration of families with children returning from Europe to their homeland. The long-term goal is to reduce the level of migration in Chechen society.
