Expected results of the Program
Students will learn about the principles of organizing local self-government laid down in this fundamental document; on the requirements for legislation on local self-government of states that have proclaimed a democratic path of development; will be able to analyze the state of local self-government in their states, regions, municipalities and outline priority ways (measures) to achieve sustainable development of the local government system.
