Participants:
1. Master the essence of the HRRP methodology and identify opportunities for its application in the development, implementation and evaluation of educational programs.
2. They will become more deeply acquainted with the content of human rights and identify bearers of rights and responsibilities in the context of their educational programs.
3. Identify the needs of their target groups, relate them to human rights and determine the expected results and content of their programs based on the identified needs.
4. Will practice using the HRRP methodology in developing, conducting and evaluating their educational programs, as well as assessing the extent to which participants have achieved the expected results.
Participants will improve their qualifications in the course topics and will be able to introduce the methodology of a human rights-based approach into their educational activities
