Extra info about Program

This business game is the first step in a series of educational events for women living in rural areas of the North Caucasus. A peculiarity of the life of this target audience is that patriarchal traditions are very strong in the Caucasus, many women are busy with numerous household chores, caring for children and the elderly. They do not have the opportunity for their own learning, development and self-realization. As a result, economic dependence on the husband arises and, as a result, possible domestic violence (in various forms). Our educational cycle is aimed at creating opportunities for self-sufficiency, financial independence and thereby reducing social tension in rural areas.
